must provide up to three to five days for processing
and delivery of orders. Any order
that cannot
be processed, we will inform you at the earliest.

every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce
colors, there may be minor variations
in color of the actual
product. A customer must place an order keeping
in mind this minor variation in color as seen
on a computer
screen
against the actual color of the item.

The products which has delivery time of 15 to 25 Days are all on made to order. In these products we can do customization but no return/refund will be entertained under any circumstances. Sonoor offers you a 30 DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY, where you can exchange the product within 30 days of receipt.

In case of exchange, one way shipping charges
as per actual are to be borne by the receipent.

Incase of returns, Sonoor will issue a store credit which can be utilised anytime for your future purchase. However we will not be able to issue any refunds.

Sonoor assures you best quality control and inspection standards. We use credible courier services like UPS, FedEx, Aramex and DHL. However in case of any damage during the transit, Sonoor takes full responsibility and will exchange the product within the earliest possible timeframe.
