must provide up to three to five days for processing
and delivery of orders. Any order
that cannot
be processed, we will inform you at the earliest.

every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce
colors, there may be minor variations
in color of the actual
product. A customer must place an order keeping
in mind this minor variation in color as seen
on a computer
screen
against the actual color of the item.

you a 20 DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY, where you can exchange
the product within 20
days of receipt.
However,
Sonoor will not be able to refund any online
sales.

In case of exchange, shipping charges
as per actual are to be borne by the receipent
